What The Hell???
Here's a great story from Wisconsin this week. A teacher, who had 1500 pornographic images on his SCHOOL computer, and had to have it reformatted TWICE because the porn pop up adds were killing his ability to work was reinstated by an arbitration board this week.
Part of their decision was based on the fact that another teacher was only given a reprimand for looking at stock quotes on school computers.
Um, excuse me, but I think there might be a LITTLE BIT OF DIFFERENCE between checking Ameritrade and checking out "Hot Teens Girls" (one of his favorite sites).
It once again shows how rigid some folks want rules enforcement to be. Never mind that some folks might not want their kids subjected to seeing the teachers porno pop-up ads in school. The arbitrators showed a complete lack of common sense in this decision.

I used to get porn on my school e-mail at my first school. I always reported it, but it scared the hell out of me.
The school I'm at now has a very good filter that doesn't let that stuff in.
When one person is not allowed a mile, you cannot grant a different person an inch. It is called fairness. Another bright idea of the Politically Correct crowd.
But I thought that porn was OK now. Damned it, I'm so behind (that's funny) the times. Won't someone reach around and help me (that's funny too if you've been drinking a lot).
All educational institutions are arrogantly liberal. That's the way it works in the dot.gov. I home schooled my staunchly Republican child who carries a gun and understands respect for her elders.
Oddly, I never got my money back from the government for all the work I saved them.
Thank God for tenure huh??
Makes ya wonder what he has the kids do for extra credit??

Good post. Sometimes common sense has to go out of the window such that people can be treated fairly. I hate this type of thinking and obviously it is of the type these liberal ACLU lovers are using. Sometimes the spirit of the law counts. If a teacher is going to hot teen girl sites and is teaching hot teen girls, put two and two together. I wonder if he was tenured? UGH!!!!!
