In a speech at the Summit of the America's President Bush took a veiled Jab at Hugo Chavez, when he made remarks about the choice countries have between democracy, and another vision that "seeks to roll back the democratic progress of the past two decades by playing to fear, pitting neighbor against neighbor and blaming others for their own failures to provide for their people."
I think it's about time GW takes a few verbal shots at Chavez. Hugo has been the "mouth of the south" for the last couple of years, and a media darling, really. Bush needs to remind people that the situation in Venezuela has gotten progressively worse since the Chavez reelection.
