See the problem the left has with the courts? Keto is confused and believes that the court legislates, and that is what the left would like it to do, since they can't seem to gain control of the bodies that are supposed to legislate.
For those who are still confused, Courts rule on points of law and Constitutionality of laws, Congress legislates. That's how the system works.

Apparently most Americans have even forgotten what the court system is for... We've made a mockery out of it, with television shows like Judge Joe Brown and Judge Judy. It's all a joke to most people anymore. The Constitution--what's that?
I don't think being bombarded with 25 "Did you take Vioxx" commercials helps either. I think it's turned the courts into a zoo.
I'm not confused.
But a lot of liberals are right now...
