Maybe some folks in Atlanta, three now in jail one in the morgue, will think twice before trying to assault and rob someone.

ATLANTA -- Former Marine cook Thomas Autry, 36, fatally stabbed one teenager and wounded a second while fending off a robbery by a group of youths armed with two guns and a pair of brass knuckles, police said. Amy Martin, 17, was pronounced dead at a hospital, and Christopher Daniel, 17, was in criticalChalk one up for the Marines in this one. According to the longer version of the story he started by kicking the shotgun out of one guys hands, and then stabbing the girl when she jumped on his back.

When I read this story, all I could think was 'good for him'! But, I was afraid they would charge him. So glad they are not!
Good for him! Heh, that crime didn't pay. Maybe this will send a message to some others.
