Hagel and The Democrats Wrong

Evidently some of our GOP folks are drinking from Stacy's kool-aid faucet. (She doesn't drink from it, just uses it as a prop).

Chuck Hagel, commenting last night on the Senate Iraq Resolution, sounded like a Democrat when he said " the Bush administration must understand that each American has a right to question our policies in Iraq and should not be demonized for disagreeing with them."

Mr. Hagel, I'd agree with you, if that was what the President was doing. But it isn't, he's been demonizing Democrats for their flip flops on the War, and their attempt to change history. Maybe you should quit getting your talking points memos from Harry Reid.

In fact, Mr. Hagel should go to Brainsters Blog, and read a good analysis of what the President has been saying.

The Washington Post has more coverage of the GOP trying to cover it's ass and saying it's "not a change in policy", etc.

Scrappleface has a great way for Bush to respond.
